Materials vary by design. Depending on the piece, Valenza Luxe jewellery may feature 925 sterling silver, plated finishes, cubic zirconia, gemstones or other selected decorative elements. The exact metal, finish, stone and specifications for your piece are listed in the Product Details section on the product page.

Many Valenza Luxe pieces are designed for regular styling, but jewellery should always be worn with care. We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, sleeping or exercising, and avoiding direct contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray and household chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and store it separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box.

Ready-to-ship orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery is typically around 3–5 working days for metro cities and 8–10 working days for non-metro locations. Standard shipping is free across serviceable Indian PIN codes, and tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Please contact Valenza Luxe as soon as possible—where reasonably possible, within 24 hours of delivery—with your order number, details of the issue and clear photographs. An unedited unboxing video is helpful where available. Eligible damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products will be reviewed under our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
