The Signature Polaris is made from solid 925 sterling silver beneath a thick 18K yellow gold vermeil finish.
That distinction matters.
You receive the warmth and richness of yellow gold with sterling silver at the core, creating a more considered jewellery construction than conventional inexpensive gold-plated fashion jewellery.
Like all genuine gold vermeil, however, the finish should be treated with care. Repeated exposure to perfume, chlorine, salt water, harsh chemicals and abrasive products can gradually affect the gold layer.
