Product-specific information controls
The description, material, finish, plating, stone details, dimensions, weight, size, customisation and care information stated on the relevant product page and invoice apply to that product. Where there is a conflict between a general website statement and a specific product listing, contact Valenza Luxe before ordering.
925 sterling-silver descriptions
A product will be described as 925 sterling silver only where Valenza Luxe represents that the base metal has a fineness of 925 parts per thousand. Gold-plated products described as 925 sterling silver have a sterling-silver base with a gold-coloured plating layer; they are not solid gold.
Not every product may carry a visible 925 stamp because of size, design or production method. A 925 stamp is not by itself a BIS hallmark, laboratory certificate or independent purity certification. Valenza Luxe will not describe a product as BIS hallmarked or independently certified unless that statement is expressly made for the product and supported by the applicable process and records.
Plating, tarnish and normal wear
Silver can naturally oxidise or tarnish, and gold plating can gradually fade or wear. The rate depends on use, skin chemistry, moisture, cosmetics, perfume, chemicals, abrasion, climate and storage. Ordinary tarnish, surface scratches or gradual plating wear consistent with use is not, by itself, a manufacturing defect.
The care card contains guidance, not a separate commercial warranty. Unless a product page expressly provides a written warranty, no additional warranty is offered beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Images, scale and colour
We aim to display products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, editing and reflections may cause colour, brightness or finish to appear different. Product images may be enlarged to show detail and are not always shown at actual scale. Please review the stated measurements and weight before ordering.
Hand-finished and natural variations
Minor differences in polish, texture, alignment, stone pattern, pearl appearance, colour or handcrafted detail may occur and can make each piece slightly different. Such variations are not defects unless they materially depart from the product description or acceptable quality.
Gemstones, pearls and decorative elements
Any gemstone, pearl, crystal or artificial stone will be described according to the information available for that product. Natural stones and pearls may vary in colour, pattern and inclusion. Decorative elements should be protected from impact, water, cosmetics and chemicals.
Sizing and customisation
Customers are responsible for checking size guides and customisation details before confirming an order. Spelling, initials, dates, sizes or other instructions supplied by the customer will be reproduced as confirmed. A customer-supplied error is not a product defect, although Valenza Luxe may offer a paid correction where technically possible.
Skin sensitivity and safe use
Individual skin reactions can occur even with commonly used jewellery materials. Stop wearing a product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary. Jewellery is not a toy, may contain small parts and should be kept away from young children unless supervised by an adult.
